Thomas was sent out to us for an emergency call in 2025.  All was fixed quickly and the price was very fair.  Thomas very kind, friendly and helped us to understand the problem clearly.  We did need to call back a few days later for another issue but Jacob came quickly and fixed the problem. Our oversized garage door gave us another issue this week and without delay, Thomas was back, remembered us from the previous year and fixed the issue within a couple hours. Had Jacob come out to replace our old garage door with a new insulated one and honestly couldn’t be happier. Guy’s no bullshit — told us straight what we needed, gave us a fair price, and didn’t try to upsell anything. The install itself was clean, you can tell he actually cares about doing it right instead of rushing through it. If you need a garage door done, ask for Jacob and First Service Garage Doors Would use these guys again in a heartbeat and will continue to support local businesses!
